High Balance Loans
There are high balance loans available with pricing much more attractive than traditional jumbo pricing.
For example, in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and several other counties, mortgages with balances up to $730,000 may be obtained with rates that are comparable to conforming pricing. (i.e. loans < $417,000)
